FILTH CLUB

The last Friday of every month

For those moving towards Intermediate level, learning to invert and putting combos together whilst building strong foundations before moving up.
If you'd like to level up from Beginner to Impover, book a 1:1 with your instructor or Lena to discuss progression & train to move up a class.

Class pre-requisites: must be able to invert without assistance, confident in climbs, laybacks, leg hangs, hip holds, butterfly & reverse grab .

ADVANCED / ELITE

Class pre-requisites: must be able to aerial invert and shoulder mount, confident in ayesha and superman. Handspring beneficial but not necessary.

HEELS & POLE

Saturday 12.15-1.15pm

A class dedicated to heels & pole! In this class you will learn to invert wearing your heels alongside many other techniques, short flow sequences, poses and your favourite tricks and spins with your favourite heels on! This class is for fun and is encouraged alongside other heels technique classes and strength classes too. Knee pads necessary. No aerial pre-requisites. Min 6hr pole experience.

HEELS TRICKS & CHOREO (BEGINNER)

Minimum of 4hrs pole experience required. No dance experience necessary. In this class you will learn the basics of moving confidently around the pole with a focus on using heels techniques to create hypnotic movements and dance sequences. Floorwork also covered in this class.

HEELS TRICKS & CHOREO (EXPERIENCED)

Thursday 8.00-9.00pm

In this class you will learn slinky choreo, hardstyle heel tricks and dynamic movement around the pole with a focus on refining technique and learning routines. Floorwork also covered in this class.
This is cardio for polers.

SEMI-PRIVATE TUITION

Saturday 1.30-2.30pm

Semi-Private Tuition with Lena will be on a PAYG basis, and is not to be booked as part of a block or membership. This class is suitable for all levels who prefer more instructor attention to learn goal specific techniques and/or train on their own p0le. Class is £15 PAYG and max 6 per session.

DYNAMIC POLE

Improver/Intermediate/Advanced

A class dedicated to combos, basework, static rotations, power spins and handstands. No poses, just combos!

FLEXI POLE

Thursday 6.00-7.00pm
Instructor : Lena

Suitable for all levels. Minimum 6hrs+ pole experience required. 
20 minute mat based stretch followed by a lesson plan based around learning or refining moves that require "above average flexibility" however all levels of flexibility will be catered for and there are no flexibility requirements to join.

SPIN POLE

Tuesday 7.00-8.00pm
Instructor : Lena

All levels. In this class we will cover all the fundamentals needed to execute spinning combos although the speed you go is optional. Strength & conditioning exercises to enhance and clean up your spins and entries. Inverts on spin and the break down of using momentum to your advantage. Poses covered that are best entered on spinning pole and look incredible. If you enjoy spin pole and want to progress up to aerial combos, it is recommended you take this class weekly. Spin endurance comes over time, the more you spin the easier it becomes.

OPEN PRACTICE

Saturday 11.00am-12noon & 2.30-3.30pm
Sunday 4.00-5.00pm
Mon - Thurs 5.00-6.00pm

1hr 1 per pole independent training. Train within ability. Minimum 6hrs Pole experience necessary. (see full timetable for times.)
